Custom Factory Orders

Specs:

• Minimum order quantity is 576 pieces, same style, same color and same decorating
• Quantities must be in increments of 48 pieces above the MOQ
• PMS color matching for embroidery thread
• Custom cap colors are based upon fabrics available in the local markets at the time of order
• PMS color matched fabric is available for orders of 3,250 pieces or more, add 30 days to standard lead time to custom dye and process fabric. Lower quantities available at an upcharge
• Decorating options include embroidery, silk screening, woven labels and fabric appliqués priced per request
• Standard packaging for CAPLightTM and POWERCAP®:
  • 48 piece master cases with (4) 12 piece inners, 16 " x 17" x 15" @ 16 lbs.
  • Optional : 144 piece master cases with (6) 24 piece inners, 25" x 19" x 22" @42lbs.
• Standard packaging for POWERCAP® Beanies:
  • 48 piece master cases with (8) 6 piece inners, 24" x 20" x 9" @ 15 lbs.
  • Optional custom bulk packaging upon request
• Individual poly bags/custom labeling/bar coding/carton markings upon request at additional cost
• Drop shipments available for additional cost, MOQ = inner pack
• Lead-time is approximately 90 days

Terms:

• 50% deposit with order, lead-time starts with the receipt
• Pre-production sample will be provided in approximately 4 weeks
• No changes after approval
• Balance due N30 days with credit approval or prior to shipment
• FOB Santa Fe Springs, California or available for factory pick-up in China
