Terms and Conditions for Stock “Blank” Goods

Minimum Orders:
Our Panther Vision Caplights & PowerCap are sold in one dozen minimums, same style/color.

Terms:
Terms are Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express, Certified Check or Cash. Company Checks are welcome. Orders will be shipped after checks are deposited and clear. Net 30 Days terms are available to well established firms upon credit approval. We will be happy to fax or email you a credit application upon your request. Shipping Information:

We ship primarily by United Parcel Service (UPS) ground service. We will gladly ship UPS or FedEx expedited service upon your request at the appropriate rate. Most order will ship FOB Ontario, California. Exceptions for small order quantities and samples may ship FOB West Dundee, Illinois. Returns & Exchanges:

A return authorization number from Panther Vision must accompany each return shipment. The return authorization must be requested within 30 days of the invoice date. All returns and refused orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges. Please check goods prior to embroidering or printing to ensure that they meet your requirements. Altered goods cannot be returned for credit. Returned goods sent COD will not be accepted. Credit or exchange for returned goods cannot be issued until the goods are received by Panther Vision. We will make every effort to process your return immediately.

Changes & Additions to Orders Already Placed:
There will be absolutely no changes, or additions to an order that has been process. Additions will be processed as separate orders.

Back Orders:
In the occasion we may be out of stock on an item, you may back order your item and we will call or email you when the item is available. We do not charge your credit card or bill your account until the items are ready to ship. Prices: Our published pricing is available upon your request. Pricing is subject to change without notice.
